Dhamma Karunika is established on 7 acres of land at Village Newal in Kunjpura in Karnal. This area lies in the dhammasthana of Kurushetra. It is 5 kilometers From ITI crossing, 10 kms from Karnal Railway Station and 8.5 Kilometers from Karnal Bus Stand. The centre can accommodate 36 meditators (24 males and 12 females) and has all modern facilities. The centre is well equipped with water, electricity and communication facilities.
