Children Anapana Meditation Courses

Two day Children Anapana Meditation Courses
The two day residential children courses typically start the friday preceding the second saturday, so that many students can take the course during school holidays.
The students should report between 4 to 5:30PM on the first day.
The course will end at around 4 PM on the last day.
